ongoing partner to ensure your facility's success, so
we value our continued relationship with you long after
your equipment is installed and running. In fact, our
current level of success is due in a large part to adhering
to this philosophy.
As
such, Body Works remains the point of contact after
the sale for any and all service work, whether within
warranty or not. With a phone call to our service
department, the wheels are set in motion to assess
any service issues, order the corrective parts, and
have your equipment fully functional in the shortest
amount of time.
In
addition, we encourage you to set up an ongoing preventative
maintenance program. Such a program maximizes the
comfort of your users, typically extends the life
span of the equipment, and minimizes potential down
time as equipment ages. This preventative program
can take two forms:
- A
preventative maintenance contract with Body
Works' Service Department, that sets specific visit
intervals based upon your facility usage and equipment
compliment.
- An
in-service training seminar for your on-site
maintenance staff conducted by our factory-trained
Service Manager in order to train them on the requirements.
